Scope of Work: (Designing) MEP SERVICES
Complete Design of MEP Services of resort Building Spread over in acres of land having individual Villas with splash pool. Services Design including Electrical HT , LT and ELV work which include CCTV, DATA, PAS, VOICE etc. Plumbing execution work including drainage system, water supply system, STP, WTP, water heating system ( Heat Pump ). Fire fighting system & Detection system with hydrant riser.
HVAC System VRV System with Daikin Brand for different areas with Machine placement and heat load design like Restaurant, Banquet hall, Independent Villas BOH area, Ventilation for Kitchen.

MEP Work:- Lead the project as a head of the project for 181 keys hotel Room which includes complete MEP services Electrical HT, LT and LV system having Panels, cable schedule, Data, voice, CCTV networking, Distribution system on floors, DG set, Transformer installation etc. Plumbing along with drainage system, water supply system, WTP, RO, STP. Fire fighting system and detection system.

Finalized the complete MEP services for the hospital which include of HVAC system, Electrical system HT and LT, DG set, Sewage treatment plant, ETP plant. Fire fighting and detection system, planning of OT area and its services etc.
Awarding of tender, release of order and coordination with the Architect and MEP consultant. Overall supervision of complete project planning and execution.
